C\u2019est le l\u00e2cher-prise.<br><br>Les objectifs recherch\u00e9s sont \u00e0 envisager en pratique individuelle ou en groupe. La relaxation est une technique pr\u00e9ventive ou curative \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de tous. La personne d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 employer cette m\u00e9thode passe d\u2019abord par une d\u00e9concentration mentale et musculaire. Cette m\u00eame m\u00e9thode est obtenue par des exercices visant \u00e0 prendre conscience de son corps et de ses pens\u00e9es pour atteindre ensuite la restructuration de l\u2019individu.<br>Les m\u00e9thodes ont toutes pour origine le Training autog\u00e8ne mis au point par le professeur J. H. Shultz (inspir\u00e9e du hatha yoga et de l\u2019auto-hypnose). Une s\u00e9ance peut durer de 10 mn \u00e0 une heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\u00b0 \u00c0 qui s\u2019adresse cette m\u00e9thode ?<\/strong><br><br>Cette m\u00e9thode s\u2019adresse \u00e0 toute personne concern\u00e9e par leur \u00e9quilibre psychique et physique.<br>Par exemple :<br>&#8211; Pr\u00e9venir la maladie ou en favoriser la gu\u00e9rison.<br>&#8211; Soulager la douleur.<br>&#8211; En compl\u00e9ment d\u2019un traitement m\u00e9dical&#8230;<br>Bon nombre de sportifs y ont \u00e9galement recours afin d\u2019optimiser leur performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\u00b0 Les contre-indications<\/strong><br><br>Sujet r\u00e9fractaire au rel\u00e2chement ne pouvant participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ses sensations et de ses pens\u00e9es.<br>Contre avis m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4\u00b0 Le d\u00e9roulement d\u2019une s\u00e9ance&#8230;<\/strong><br><br>Tout d\u2019abord, prise de contact et entretien afin de d\u00e9terminer le choix de la s\u00e9ance et son d\u00e9roulement.<br>Une pi\u00e8ce calme \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature moyenne avec un \u00e9clairage feutr\u00e9.<br>Il est souhaitable que vous portiez des v\u00eatements amples, ni trop chauds ni trop l\u00e9gers;<br>Position assise: fauteuil confortable, nuque bien cal\u00e9e, bras reposant sur les accoudoirs.<br>Position allong\u00e9e: t\u00eate un peu soutenue et l\u00e9g\u00e8re couverture sur le corps.<br>Vous avez les paupi\u00e8res ferm\u00e9es, et immobile, vous vous concentrez sur vos sensations.<br>Je vous conduis \u00e0 prendre conscience et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer d\u2019une fa\u00e7on globale vos capacit\u00e9s d\u2019auto-gu\u00e9rison, m\u00e9canismes que nous poss\u00e9dons tous naturellement.<br>A l\u2019issue de chaque s\u00e9ance, je vous laisse tranquillement reprendre vos esprits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\u00b0 Les diff\u00e9rents types de relaxation que je propose<\/strong><br><br><strong>LA PAROLE<\/strong><br>Quelle que soit la discipline de relaxation choisie, elle est pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e d\u2019un dialogue entre le praticien et le sujet. Ce dernier est amen\u00e9 dans un premier temps, \u00e0 prendre conscience des agents perturbateurs auxquels il est soumis. Ceux-ci sont nomm\u00e9s et class\u00e9s par priorit\u00e9s. Ensuite sont envisag\u00e9s les am\u00e9nagements ou les changements \u00e0 apporter afin de neutraliser ces effets n\u00e9gatifs. Apr\u00e8s ce pr\u00e9ambule la s\u00e9ance de relaxation commence v\u00e9ritablement.<br><br><strong>LA RESPIRATION<\/strong><br>Concentration sur la respiration en inspirant et en expirant lentement et profond\u00e9ment de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 imprimer au corps un rythme apaisant qui va l\u2019amener \u00e0 se d\u00e9contracter (dur\u00e9e : 5 mn).<br><br><strong>LA PENS\u00c9E<\/strong><br>Pratique de la contraction et de la d\u00e9contraction des muscles en les passant tous en revue (des pieds jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la t\u00eate). Lors du rel\u00e2chement, sensibilisation sur la d\u00e9contraction du muscle que l\u2019on abandonne \u00e0 la pesanteur. Toutes les tensions musculaires s\u2019effacent peu \u00e0 peu. Le sang circule de mani\u00e8re plus fluide; On sent un r\u00e9chauffement euphorique. L\u2019esprit peut alors se focaliser sur le mental.<br><br><strong>LA VISUALISATION<\/strong><br>Exemple: Visualisation d\u2019une couleur appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e amenant petit \u00e0 petit les pens\u00e9es parasites \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre. Arrivant ainsi \u00e0 la pause mentale, des images positives se sont substitu\u00e9es aux pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives (lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on a \u00e9t\u00e9 heureux, ou la perception concr\u00e8te d\u2019un projet).<br>Bien qu\u2019\u00e9tant propres \u00e0 chacun, ces images recouvrent toujours la projection d\u2019une transformation heureuse ou d\u2019un succ\u00e8s.<br>Une pratique assidue peut conduire le sujet \u00e0 \u00eatre capable de se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer rapidement, peu importe l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 il se trouve (5 mn de pause mentale suffisent). Mais cela n\u2019est possible que lorsqu\u2019on a atteint la capacit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9connecter du monde ext\u00e9rieur en effectuant de fa\u00e7on efficace le vide en soi.<br>La relaxation peut \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une musique douce.<br><br><strong>MUSICOTH\u00c9RAPIE<\/strong><br>Cette m\u00e9thode repose sur le processus d\u2019une visualisation dans un contexte musical. Soutenu par la musique, le sujet \u00e9vacue les tensions psychiques et corporelles dues \u00e0 des facteurs d\u00e9stabilisants comme l\u2019hyperactivit\u00e9, le stress et\/ou le bruit, et retrouve ainsi toute la dimension harmonieuse de sa personnalit\u00e9.<br><br>Une autre m\u00e9thode plus abstraite permet \u00e9galement d\u2019obtenir des effets tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants. Il s\u2019agit de cr\u00e9er un havre de paix o\u00f9 le sujet peut se r\u00e9fugier lorsque le besoin s\u2019en fera ressentir. Il faut pr\u00e9parer cette m\u00e9thode en donnant vie \u00e0 un lieu en l\u2019imaginant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et en l\u2019enrichissant de tout ce qui vous aide \u00e0 vous sentir bien. Lorsque vous ressentirez du stress, prenez le temps de vous isoler en vous imaginant dans ce lieu paisible.<br><br>Avec un peu de pratique ces m\u00e9thodes de relaxation rapides deviendront de plus en plus efficaces. Vous vous en f\u00e9liciterez lorsque vous serez submerg\u00e9 par le stress et que vous aurez besoin de retrouver le calme int\u00e9rieur pour agir efficacement.<br><br><strong>LE MAGN\u00c9TISME<\/strong><br>Le sujet est allong\u00e9 les yeux ferm\u00e9s, tandis que le praticien proc\u00e8de par imposition des mains. Il y a transfert d\u2019\u00e9nergie entre lui et le sujet. Le corps re\u00e7oit les forces dont il a besoin en r\u00e9agissant par des impressions de chaleur, de froid, de picotements&#8230; La sensation de d\u00e9tente est imm\u00e9diate.<br><br><strong>TRAINING AUTOG\u00c8NE<\/strong><br>Cette m\u00e9thode fait appel \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie du sujet. En effet, celui-ci est entra\u00een\u00e9 par le praticien \u00e0 l\u2019auto-hypnose et \u00e0 des exercices quotidiens. Lors de la s\u00e9ance, la concentration mentale est favoris\u00e9e par des formules r\u00e9p\u00e9titives.<br>Assis ou allong\u00e9, les yeux ferm\u00e9s, le sujet se concentre sur un membre de son corps (la main, le bras, le pied, la jambe&#8230;) afin d\u2019en sentir la lourdeur. Il contr\u00f4le sa respiration et ses battements cardiaques, puis se focalise sur son plexus solaire comme source de chaleur, son front comme source de fra\u00eecheur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un nouvel \u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel apparaisse.
